I bought a Sony Mini Hifi during Feb 2012. During this month the Hifi was giving issues so I decided to return it to Makro in Woodmead for repairs. It was returned on the 12/01/2012 and I received a phone call within 5 days (Friday 18/01) to state that I may collect the Hifi as it has been repaired. On Saturday - my weekend off from work - I went through to collect the same, came back home only to find the Hifi is still not working at all.By this time I was highly upset, as my valuable time has now been wasted on something so simple. The Hifi did not function at all, and I rushed right back and returned it for the second time. I also wish to state the service delivery at the returns is almost identical to that what you can expect from a Post Office on a Friday afternoon - little to no service with people queuing outside with their faulty goods. The Hifi is under a so-called 12 month guarantee, yet it seems little to nothing was done to solve my problem. I wish to have this issue dealt with swiftly - a refund / credit will even be better, seeing that failure of stock just after its guarantee is nullified is where this Hifi is going. I am not pleased at all Makro.
