I wanted to buy a Kelvinator Grill Microwave oven. I waited for more than 30 min. No body assisted me. I left and returned 45 mins later to find even more angry customers. When I eventually got the microwave the lady at the counter said I MUST buy a surge plugg, which costs R149.00. If I don't buy the plugg, I can't buy the microwave. The sales person said he will find the manager. After another half hour I left the microwave there and left!
