NO PAYMENT NO JOY

I am a a Landscaper who has done work for another SAB branch and had to fight like crazy to get payment for work done. This was Feb/March. I was asked to do more work for the Rosslyn branch (Royal Cleaning Services manages this supposedly) I refused to work without 50% dep after the last payment issue, but was begged as they had a deadline. Since 8/4 I requested the 50 % dep - in the meantime the entire project was finished and still I have not received payment. When I talk to the guys at SAB I'm told its Royal, when I talk to Royal (when they answer the phone) I am told SAB still needs to sign off. According to all the people my invoice is now in "processing" I have reached my limit of patience. I am being sent from pillar to post and I feel like I am running into a brick wall each time. NO ONE gets back to me. For the past 2 days I have been phoning and e-mailing with NO results. I WILL take this further - right now I dont care if it is Royal or SAB - according to me I did the work for SAB Rosslyn branch and these people from Royal is giving SAB a bad name if they didnt have one before. I NEED THIS SORTED OUT ASAP!!! Is there someone out there who can help???
