Since Royal Hotel became the George and/or being taken-over by Swazis - the management (Indian management) that is running the used to be prestigious hotel are clueless, they are running it like a spaza-shop; no respect and courtesy for patrons. They have failed to maintain its high-standard such that every Tom and Harry now frequents the hotel. We fear to be surrounded by scavenjaz - dat's for Point Road. PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
