The service at the store is rubbish the people at the store only and never help you unless you going to buy.
When they want you business they will call you a 100 times for paper work to approve your deal.
But when there is a problem with your goods they never care. I have waited over 1 year to have one problem sorted and now i have another i guess i will have to wait another year for that to be solved. People in Midrand don't waste your money at Bears trust me you will be crying if you need help. Its a pity i cant tell you the entire story here but i will soon be posting it in the Midrand reporter.
The amount of these sales people and manager can talk would be ashamed he gave them life.
I have sent over R50000 at the store with HP and to them its just a easy sale to rip people off but they fail to realize how hard people work for there money. The goods they sell are cheap imported knock offs from overseas.
