Two Months, One Week, Five Days and counting

Placed an order on the 5th of April, delivery quoted as 14 days. After 3 weeks I contacted them and was told delivery would take another two weeks. Waited the two weeks then contacted them several times before I was told end of May. End of May came and went with no mattress in sight, I had almost given up hope when on the 6th of June someone called me to arrange for delivery on the morning of the 10 of June. I made all the arrangements to ensure there was someone at home, but sadly came home to my old bed.

Four phone calls since then have achieved nothing but assurances that I would be called back, something I have long since given up hope of.

So today I will do the same as I have for the last 68 days, I'll wait...
