I bought a Lenovo laptop at Hi-fi corp Boksburg in November last year, the laptop is not switching on.
I lost the receipt but since I have paid using my cheque card I brought the statement showing the transaction that was made. Apparently they cannot track the transaction made with the card. I also purchased a kettle and a sandwich maker when I went to report the laptop which was about a week ago. They also can not track that transaction.
Now I am told that I must pay for repairing the laptop while it is still under warranty. I often heard my colleagues calling this shop HI FI CORRUPTION and was advised not to buy from there, I have taken it as a joke. It is no longer a joke now, my money has gone down the drain.
