Inefficient quality control

I recently visited your Canal Walk store. When returning the number tag "4" to the staff member on duty at the female fitting rooms, my thumb got cut by the third magnetic strip a the back of number tag. Besides the incompetence of the staff member, the whole process to place nearly 30min to complete. I searched for assistance elsewhere and managed a senior official to locate a plaster. Not once was a first aid kit requested, nor health and safety rep on the floor. No cleansing items were in thearea to clean the bleeding thumb.
This incident should have been reported to your Health and safety rep. My details were not requested. Just a plaster to solve this. The cut has made these past few days painfull as everything is a struggle having a useless thumb while the cut is healing. I am appalled that this tag was not checked. The magetic strip was a layer of glass with a hook at the end, whick caught my thumb as I picked it up. I am concerned as to how long it has been there, how many others experienced what I did, what about HIV/Aids!
You place your self in my position and tell me how this may be resolved.
