Six weeks ago I sent a request to Home Choice to change the email adress on our account.
Feedback was received almost immediately to confirm that it has been done.
Big was our surprise therefore when we tried to log on and NO SUCH EMAIL was found on the home choice system.
After numerous email communication (10 emails) we tried to contact home choice telephonically, and was put on hold for over 45minutes!
Can someone PLEASE come back to us on the amount still owing.
ALL WE WANT TO DO IS SETTLE THE ACCOUNT!!! how hard can it be to give feedback on the amount we are still owing?
