I had done online shopping 2days ago. Went back to make changes, deduct some things, but i was charged more. Called the call centre yesterday, as i also could not see the current orders on my profile. Brandon reassured me i would be charged the lower amount but would call back in 15mins to confirm, he never did. Today, instead of them taking R193, they took R302 from my account, i called the call centre and Laurelle assisted me explaining that the prices were estimates etc, i told her about brandon, and she said she would look it up and call me back... she did! She could not get through to me on the number i called with so she went to search on my profile a number i registered with and called that one!
That is doing your job, and more! She found a way to reach me and did not just say "oh well." So i cancelled my order and she let the store manager know, because i had called in before. That is great service and i had to acknowledge it.
