Disgusting Service!!

I need to install a residential line from Telkom. I was instructed to be available on Monday, 28 January 2013 which I made myself available for. I was called on Monday morning from the technician (Dingaan) that he was leaving Midrand at 8.30am and arrive at Ferndale, West Avenue by 10am. I called Telkom to confirm that the technician is an employee of theirs to which the call centre agent replied that there had been a mistakes on the order. She was able to rectify the mistakes and called the technician to confirm. Dingaan then called me to say he's not coming at all today. I then called the call centre again to which a very unhelpful Pumeleng grumpily assisted me. After the Team Leader, Brandon stepped in it appeared that Telkom's calls to Dingaan were going through to voicemail, yet I called at the same time and got through - cellphone to cellphone. Brandon refused to try using his cellphone and prefers to use emails to the technician office for them to call Dingaan when angry clients are complaining about service delivery on the telephone. Service delivery is terrible and the problem still persists! Sick and tired of Telkom already even before I've become a client.
