I regret taking MTN data card

I logged a call with MTN a few weeks back to request VPN loaded on my profile. The call centre agent advised that it will take /-48 hours to be active. I decided to use my cellphone as a wireless hotspot while I am waiting for the service to be loaded onto my data-card. After countless attempts to use VPN yesterday, I called back requesting further assistance. I was transferred from one department to another without getting any help. Some of the agents where cutting me while explaining the issue asking for the number. What are you going to do with the number if you don't know what the issue is - I kept asking myself. I was advised by one agent to create a profile called MTNvpn and still it didn't work. It is sad that I am paying for the service that is not working to my satisfaction.
