We bought a beautiful Burningham Real Leather Lounge suite, plus an extra lazy boy chair - it all came to a grand total of R44000.00!!!
We bought top quality and were given a guarantee.
It was delivered and all seemed fine - but after 2 weeks the one chair was unbalanced and after examining it underneath we were unable to attain what exactly is wrong with it and do not want to do anything as it is under guarantee.
I have kept records of all the phone calls and emails made to the Cape Gate office - they eventually promised to come out - I am still waiting... and that was several months ago, despite further requests via email from me.
I don't get any fake promises, I just get ignored. I am going to add up just how many emails I have sent to the office - but I am also tired of wasting my time!
All I want is a service-person to tweak and straighten the one chair with their specific tools and expertise as I'm sure is is repairable.
