Pathetic Customer Service

On the 14th of May, my mother took my wedding ring, which was purchased from Browns Cavendish Square, Claremont, Cape Town, to have it sent away to be refurbished. They took my original appraisal certificate in and promised me an updated appraisal certificate once my ring was returned from refurbishment. I got a call on the 23 May to say my ring was ready for collection, I was out of town and could only collect it on the 28 May. To my surprise, there was no appraisal certificate ready as promised and it was told to me that they need to request it from head office and it would to 3-4 days, (which should have been done already seeing the ring was in Brown's possession since 14 May). I called a few days later, I was spun another story regarding the issue, saying that it will be available Wednesday 03 June. My mother phoned the store yesterday and the sales person said they going to email the certificate immediately, I waited and nothing arrived. I then called the manager of the store today stating my case, she interrupted me saying there was something laying on her desk and client services apparently called her asking for my email address. called tonight again. No luck. Pathetic!!!
