I am an account holder with Edgars and on 5 June 2013, i recieved a call from Direct Channel holdings, regarding an update on my account on which i can't give personal details over the phone. The calls came from 0113996891 at 08h49 and again from 0830110800 at 11h42. I requested for the callers name on both occasions, which was not clear so i requested that she spell her name. Her reply was that if i wasn't happy i should visit the nearest Egdars branch. She was rude and cut the conversation on both occasions. Could you please call the company and set this right and remove this woman from liasing with clients as her arrogance is unacceptable.
