Maddie's Migration Services
R7 500 in Repatriation Fees not being paid back

I assisted a friend of mine with his Permanent Residency Permit, making use of Maddie's Migration Services. I paid over all the fees, including R7 500 for repatriation. This fee is fully refundable once the Permanent Residency has been granted.

Permanent Residency was granted in 2010 already and since then I have been trying to get the R7 500 back from Maddie's Migration Services, but with no avail. They do not respond to my emails, they do not answer their phones. I am at my whit's end, because they have the receipt from Home Affairs, so I cannot go straight to Home Affairs to get the money back.
