On Friday i went to Morkels in Vosloorus..the Service there was Good, and i was informed that someone from the factory will call me informing me about the delivery... Before I can live the Store i asked them to Give me my Staff so that i can take it home with... and they told me that No we nned to give you brand new things from the Factory... On saturday morning... Ivy phoned me telling me that the stove and the Sound system will be delivered on Tuesday i told her that im working and there's No one at home but will Organise someone to wait for them... Tuesday came, NOTHING... phoned Morkels Vosloo..and was told that it has bee Dispatched and will be delivered... spoke to the Manager Pinky and she promised that yes my staff will be delivered she phoned Ivy and she did Confirm that the Goods will be deliverd... yesterday around 16:20 i phoned again and Pinky gave me Ivy's Number She was So Rude telling me that shes NOT THE ONE WHO DELIVERS THE GOODS..AND ITS FINE IF I CANCELL MY ORDER... SHE GAVE ME THAT I DONT CARE ATTITUDE.. forgetting that Because of me the Customer shes's getting her salary... Please try hard to keep your promises to your Customers... IM NOT HAPPY AT ALL...
