In January 2013 I gave in a 2TB external HDD that was perchased at CNA Somerset mall to the CNA Mosselbay Branch. I gave the Drive to the manager Everytime i phone they give me another excuse or that they are testing it I havent even recieved a Repair slip Phoned CNA costumer service ref# 2705130402-go and told them about the problem that i had in regards to turn around time with such items and that i received no Repair slip, This week i went to mosselbay branch once more whereby I was told that the manager is in Johannesburg for a confrence/ meeting. All I would like to know is when will i be getting a replacement drive its almost been 6 months . it would have taken me 2 months if i had to send it to seagate in the states to get a swop out.
No one has even once phoned me back . this is very poor service from the Edcon Group
