I went to buy CD's at Look & Listen in Southgate Mall. They scanned the CD and it showed a higher price than what was printed on the CD. The lady on the till removed the price that was on the CD right in front of. She said this was a mistake and the price of the CD was higher. I even took a video of her removing the price and saying this happens regularly. I have bough so many CD's from that store and this is how they treat customers. There was no manager available to talk to me, the staff just wanted to close and the funny thing is that they don't see what the problem is! That was the last time i set my foot in that store, that's for sure! I wish i could upload the video of her blatantly removing the price in front of me.
