Upon calling Edgards customer care centre requesting a settlement letter the service agent who answered the call (Mandisa Khumalo) should not be working in a call centre - speaks to one as if they are a piece of dirt on the floor.
What is Disgusting is that these establishments are very quick to demand payment but when it comes to requesting a settlment letter it seems as if you are requesting them to move the earth!!!
