I refer to a telephone conversation I had with a consultant by the name of Recan - Call Centre Agent. With regards to the payment on reference no.0278000327891680. I have been requesting payment confirmation since last week and seem to be battling to get feedback from them. He promised to call me back to acknowledge receipt of my emails and have been waiting for his call. Is this the kind of service you rendering to your clients. You too quick to send us sms and calling us requesting payment but you do not attend your duties properly. I need someone to revert back to me with the status of the payment
