My fiance applied for an account on Thurs 30.05.13 to purchase a 3D TV, Home Theatre System, Fridge & Recliner Couch. The very nice sales lady explained the application to should take 24-48hrs, we only received feedback on Monday.By then we have decided that we unfortunately can no longer take the fridge, so they had to send through an application AGAIN?? Really?? Why do we have to get approved again for an account of R4000 less than what we initially got approved for? Then we got news that Tokai branch which had stock of the DVD system, no langer have stock (The sales lady specifically called them and asked to keep it). So we agreed to take the demo model, of which they now cannot find the remote for? The sales manager will aparently go to Tokai and see if he can find a remote there or take their demo model and will give us a voucher for the inconvenience? Tomorrow, it will be 7 days for something that should take no longer than 3 days. There's definitely a communication problem in this business or your staff are utterly unorganized!!
