Ordered 3x cartridges morning of Thursday 2nd April, promised 24 hr delivery arrived 9 am Friday 3rd by Jet Couriers - WOW!! how awesome is that for service? Honestly?? I had my doubts about receiving parcel on Friday, what with traffic etc etc., so kudos to Inksaver - BIG BIG Thank You!!
Special compliments to Cheryl Louwrens, very efficient and a delight to speak to on the phone; Marc Texeira for utmost patience in helping a "somewhat older and maybe dim in the world of IT" customer, but best for last was an email of thanks from Nic Venter, Sales Director who also took the trouble to email a thank you and included in this his Team - good Teamwork makes for happy customer comeback, and I for one, WILL be back!!
