I mistakenly paid Geen & Richards R1000.00 more on a purchase in June 2012.I have supplied proof, they have acknowledged, but they are not refunding nor contacting me. The one excuse they gave was the branch where I purchased had since closed. I dont see that as a reason enough cause Geen & Richards still exists. Each time I call they just say they will call back. R1000.00 is nothing for such a big company, I dont understand why they cant refund me. I keep on calling them and no help at all.
