I am utterly disgusted at the poor after sale service at Game. I purchased a vacuum machine 2 months ago and to my surprise it is not working. I did not keep the receipt as I assumed I'd have no problem with my new purchase. I went to the store today to explain my problem as was told I would need to pay for the repairs made on this new vacuum as I do not have proof of purchase. This is absolutely unbelievable, surely Game would have some record of my purchase as well. I refuse to accept this type of after sale service and will in future take my business to a more service friendly company.
