Excellent after sale service

I recently procured a set of Bronx shoes, after 4 months the sole has cracked and I contacted Jordan shoes and lodged a complaint. I was redirected to the quality manager and he requested me to provide him with the details of the purchase as well as pictures of the the cracked soles.
After providing the information Jordan Shoes indicated that they are willing to replace the shoes with a similar pair.
They kept true to their word and I am a happy customer!
