I had the worst service ever from the national call centre and Midrand Mr Delivery. I called the Midrand Branch at 6:52pm - I could not get a reply so I used the national call centre number. I got a very quick response and tried to place my order giving them my street address and cell phone number. I advised them I was not from this area and as such had only the street address and I knew the suburb of the b and b I was staying at. I was told they could find neither on the system could I please hold. I advised them my airtime was running low - the lady then told me she would call me back as soon possible. 40 minutes later I had not heard from them so I called and spoke to Justin (the supervisor) he knew who I was but my order still had not been placed as the staff member could not remember the suburb. He placed the order then at 07:46 and advised me the Midrand Branch would call me confirm my order and then get me my delivery. 40 minutes later I had still hear nothing so called Justin again and advised me my order was definately on its way. Eventually at 08:45 pm my food arrived. NEVER EVER USING MR DELIVERY AGAIN. completely unamused. Thanks to Justin for at least trying!
