Request for online EFT account payments

I've been calling, i went into 3 different branches, i've sent emails and logged a request on your website,
after about 2 months NO ONE can tell me how i pay my account online using EFT, i don't understand how it could be that difficult just to give me bank account details so that i can pay my account? help me out here.
