I have been struggling with assistance on how I can pay my account online - I phoned up the call centre and the only response I got was that you are able to pay online from the Edgar's website - adding to my frustration as the website in incredibly user unfriendly - also note that I have also sent emails with no response - have to say that this have been a very bad and irritating experience.
