Bad customer care

I bought a kic fridge about 2 years ago. I contacted the store where I bought it and they referred me to the manufactores customer service centre. Since February 2013 when I contacted kic and to date, my fridge is not fix. Everytime I call them they tell me they still waiting for parts. There is no feedback and my fridge is still under warranthy. I hope they replace my damaged food. The reference number which they gave me is S000297407.
