Wesbank still debiting even after settling fully

I MRS Alina Radebe, account holder number Wesbank F I 851373887074, hereby wish to lodge a complaint that according to my knowledge I have paid a settlement amount for Toyota hatch back Yaris 2007 Model, Registration WPG 066 GP, the Amount was R34500, in May 2012. I had phoned the Wesbank Call Centre and a certain Gentleman gave me the settlement amount over the phone. He mentioned that the amount was R34000, and I Instead paid R34500.
Everything was okay for a while, I waited a long time to receive a letter advising me that I know have full ownership of the vehicle, but to date there's no letter. No one phone regarding the account, until In December 2012 when R2537, 17 was deducted from my bank account. This was shocking, as I then contacted the Wesbank office and was put on hold for a long time.
I had initially put up R31000 as deposit for the car, but it seems that amount made no difference to the overall value of the car.
