Bought 2 dvds this morning from look and listen clearwater 1dvd was sctrached and asked if i still wanted it so i said yes and if there is a problem with it i will bring it back, she made a note on the system saying it was scratched. I go back to work and put the dvd in my computer it does not even read the dvd drive, look at the back and see that its quite scrathed but what caught my eye even more when i turned the disc over it had a sticker on it saying W and W with some phone numbers? Then looked on the box cover saw a red sticker and black letters written in a coki pen? This dvd is called Adoption and it is only when i looked at it that i realised that this dvd was used and looked to be from a rental company this is absolutely shocking that look and listen are stocking there shelves with used dvds? I went back there this afternoon and asked for the mangager who amde we wait 10 minutes told him everything he then has the nerve to say to me that it must me from one of their stores that has closed down. That is all he could muster, i told him om not stupid it clearly comes from a dvd shop and i want my refund to which he apologised and gave me my money back. Still shocked
