Dear Sir/Madam
I bought a fridge and Samsung Plasma TV last year 15/09/13. I went to the store on 28/03/13 to ask them to cancel the insurance and the extended warranty, the guy (Herman) who assisted me then said he had to request some from at the head office so i can sign. He since promised to phone me to come to the store so we can finalize this matter so i don't have to pay my full installment of R990.00.When i phoned to check what the status is i was told that the guy had left the company, i was angry that no one followed up on this matter. I spoke to a lady called Nomcebo who also promised to help me but also kept on making empty promises and just never bothered to phone me. I was the one who always phoned her to check and all she ever says is ''I WILL PHONE YOU TOMORROW'' and she never phones me. I mean two months have gone past now and im still struggling to get help and no one is bothering to assist.
Can somebody help me please, i am disappointed with their service and i don't think i will ever go shop at this store again. Is this how they treat their customers? EMPTY PROMISES
