I had to get a few goods at Mica in Boksburg this morning and the service I received from Alberto the salesman was excellent. He went and fetched stuff for me that I needed on my list and even carried my goods to the till. He was such a pleasant gentleman. The lady at the till was also extrememly friendly and the cashiers assistant/packer even carried my goods to the car. When he put the goods in my car, he gave me this bright smile and wished me a great day. I left with a smile on my face and thought that it is really not very often that you leave a place where you had good service from start to finish
