During 5 months of requests made to Tracker, querying monthly instalment payment that should be made, contact was made after listing Tracker on hellopeter. After verifying my contact details, an incorrect e-mail address was used as an excuse for no contact. Two other vehicles were registered onto this account. The incorrect person is now listed as a bad creditor on XDS. This will be corrected today. We reached an agreement the outstanding instalment will be settled end of July 2013. The contract runs until Sept 2013 when it will finally expire!
