On Monday night 27th of May, I ordered 40 DVDs from Kalahari - all "Delivery: Next working day in SA main centres if ordered weekdays before 12h00".
The very next morning at 10:00 (Tuesday 28th of May, ) I took the trouble to go to an ABSA bank and I paid the relevant amount of cash into Kalahari's ABSA account.
All of this because I believed (Kalahari's empty promise) that there would be ample time for the DVDs to be delivered in time for the weekend.
60 hours later, I have not received my DVDs. According to Kalahari, my items are in status: "Received from supplier".
There is no indication about when I could expect to receive my items (which I should have received on Wednesday 29th of April (this is according to Kalahari's advertising statement).
This is blatant misinformation. It is also blatant false advertising.
I am not referring to the CPA, I would just love to hear Kalahari's comments about ethical behaviour and sound business principals.
Kalahari also states that a response to a complaint might take up to 48 hours or even more. Do they realy receive that many complaints?
Thanks
