Honoring the 21 days agreement

I took my Sinotec 32 in on 28th April, it was sent in for repairs.
Came back on the 25th May but TV wasn't there, so reminded them of 21 days, the manager was called and I was told I would get a cash refund of what I paid for the TV in 2009 which was R4350.

I had to wait about 40min but it was worth it in the end and ended up buying another TV from Game at R7999.

Thank you for honoring the 21 days agreement, i'll be buying from them again.
