INCOMPLETE SERVICES AND REPAIRS

Good day, my mom bought a fridge at Game at the CT branch in 18/11/2009, she received a 2yr warrenty paid for an extra extended 2yrs, her warrenty should have expired the 18/11/2013.A week or 2 ago she had a problem with her fridge and reported it ASAP! She had to wait almost two weeks, eventually they came out and fixed it temporaly, this lasted for a few days and once AGAIN it broke. She again called and had to wait a few more days and in this time she lost an enormous amount of money for the food she lost. Game then dragged this untill her warrenty expired, she went to the shop and they told her they will extend her warrenty (THIS WAS TOLD TO HER VERBALLY AND NOT BLACK AND WHITE) They came out and fixed it again but now the fridge is freezing instead of cooling, she refuses to call GAME again as they keep on taking there own time. My mother is extremely upset about this and will no longer purchase anything from GAME.
