Yesterday afternoon I go 2 dis-chem 2 go n fetch my prescription (repeatation) so I get the the is a long line @ the pharamcy counter, so I decide let me go 2 collection n ask the cud help me due 2 the fact that I was out from the hospital (I had a c/section cudnt stand 4 long). So sum old lady cums 2 assist me n I tell her my problem n say she go n ask the pharamist 2 assit. So the pharamist decide dat he will (his called lafrus) help, then the old lady cums bck 2 ask wat kind of prescription do I hve I tell her it's centram (DHA) n dan this Lafrus guy refuse 2 assist me n start speaking in afrikaans 2 his colleugues. He dan cums towards me a say his words where" u r joking if u think assist u, I was taking changes" 1 thing dat I cudnt undstand is dat I asked if it cud be possible 4 them 2 help n the agree but now y am I getting such words 4rm him.. I so DISAPPOINTED if they treat the customer, also heart broken if they still people who treats others like dat.
