I emailed a request through to Dis-Chem Claremont for a quote on a long list of meds for my post op at 13:20 today assuming I would get an email response back within the week.
Only to received a very cheerful and happy call from Nasheeta Marcus from Dis-Chem dispensary.
Nasheeta was clear and confident in her feedback. Very patient with giving me all amounts while we went through the list of meds one by one.
I had a concern regarding a few meds and Nasheeta asked me to hold on the line...
I heard Nasheeta asking "Which Pharmacist is available for me! " in an enthusiastic tone.
She then came back to me and asked if she could call me back, as she had a few consultants who were willing to listen to her query and assist me.
5 minutes later I received my call back from Nasheeta with my answers.
I would like to acknowledge and thank Nasheeta for her amazing work ethic and customer skills!
And thank you to her colleagues who were willing to jump in and assist as well.
