I purchased the Titanic: Collectors Edition Bundle via [URL Removed] When the item arrived, I noticed that one of the disc were loose and badly scratched. After phoning the customer care, an agent asked me to return it via their courier and have it replaced, free of charge. A few days later and my account was refunded and I was told that I needed to pay extra to have a new one sent as the PRICE WENT UP!!!

I then called the customer care division and spoke to Carmen who assisted me and within the next business day I had a new copy sent to me :-) this is the kind of staff we as consumers need! Friendly, understading and willing to be most helpful.
