Paid R1200 for a Delivery of 20KM?

Hi.

I have purchased a Samsung Fridge by Credit.

i paid R1200, 00 for 20km delivery. i need your Distance Calculator...

i am quering this because intially i was told the CLUB account is Compulsory, and that the BASIC insurance was no longer available and that on COMPREHENSIVE was. that was until i refused to sign the contract that the Club was removed and the Basic insurance was used.

why would this people wanna make us join clubs and have comprehensive insurances so the get commission on our expense? we need services which are open, understandable and thus concur with the Consumer Rights.

WHY WOULD YOU CHARGE ME R1200 for 20km distance? i paid R700 for a 70km distance from Town to Botlokwa in April at the furniture shop to deliver bed and sofa.

today, from same Town (Polokwane) to Turfloop (Mankweng), i pay R1200.00?

am told it is because the item purchased is bigger in weight? lol, this must be a joke. my neighbour pays R350 and i Pay R1200 for same distance???

We have been asking and pleading with the stores to please have an understanding of Consumer Rights and have passion to work for customer service and not necessarily for their comission!
