On Sunday we experience the most unrespectful treatment by ione of your staff members in your store in Highveld Mall. I submitted and complaints email to you on the sameday @9.30am to your [Email Removed] - Needless to say up to date no response or acknowledgement
Here is what I sent in the email
This about less than one minutes to nine we were at the door of Contempo shop and wanted to check out a top displayed in the windoe for the possibility to buy. The lady at the door opened for one of the staff and let us (my mother and me) in and another customer just behind us. Then we received this very bas mannered shouting from one of the staff member with a blonde wig, "the shop is still close" I immediately left the shop and went straight to Woolworths and bought two tops there. I will not be treated with disrespect and I will not buy from Contempo again
