On Saturday the the 17th of May 2013 I went Pep Store in Wierda Park Centurion to exchange a pair of Shoes for my 2 year old Son because the size was small. I walked into the shop at exactly 13h42 the door wad closed (but not locked) I thought they were closed but realized they were not as I saw one Customer walk in and get service, i then went in the store and was amazed by all the screams coming my way right at the Door.
Betty and Mokete were both shouting at the same time that they will not assist me at that particular time because their Bus was on the way and they do not want to be late, I firstly asked why they were shouting because I have not even approached the till and secondly their mode of Transportation was non of my concern and I wasn't even sure where that came from thirdly; they were supposed to close at 14h00 not 13h42 according to the time displayed on the store.
I felt humiliated in front of of all the customers in the store and the fact that my husband and very Young Son were there to witness such treatment. I have tried to contact the Customer Service number and its not even going through. I am a very UNHAPPY client!!! disrespect from your staff!!!
