I work at the shop next to Shoprite. We use the back parking of the complex. I left to rush to my doctor as I needed to take a radioactive iodine capsule, which loses strength and efficacy with passing time. I arived at the parking bay and there is a truck pulled up behind our cars and we cant get out. I ask the driver if he can move the truck as I need to leave, but refuses. I then went to tell the manager, but he had a bad attitude and told me they will refuse as they are busy loading and I will just have to wait. He doesnt apologise for the inconvenience or anything, even though its not a loading zone. I return to my car to wait for them to finish, while sitting I feel a bump on my car and its a guy who knocked my car while loading a beam. I now have 2 scratches on my car. I feel it is unacceptable for the manager to act in such a way without giving out notice to the users of the parking bays that they wont be able to get out. Not only do I now have damages to my car, but the time loss cost me having my capsule to not be as effective and now need to take another. The manager acts as if the parking belongs to him and even double parks his car. I'm furious and need explanations.
