Despite informing Woolworths Financial Services debt collection agency RL Daly Attorney's that I do not hold any of their debt product's and hence am not a client of theirs; I continue to receive daily SMS messages and telephone calls chasing me for payment. I can understand that they might have poor quality of data - and harassing me by mistake once is understandable. However despite their call centre agents confirming that they will remove my mobile number from their system to avoid the situation from re-occurring; the same process of has been occurring for several weeks now harassment is occurring.
Please Help - annoyed non Woolworths Financial Services customer.
