I went into mr price store to look for a jersey i saw one that i liked and fitted it, while doing so i was approached by one guy that works there and told me that i must go into the fitting room to fit a JERSEY.
Firstly i did not appreciate his attitude towards me, i felt that he was very rude and treated me like i'm nothing and i thought customer service is suppose to be about respecting your clients, regardless of who they are.
Secondly after what he did i went to some of the shops in the mall and non of the staff didn't seem to have
a problem with me trying on a jersey while standing there and nobody told me to go into the fitting room.
So what i want to know is what is so special about mr price that their workers can speak to the customer's whichever way they like and that i must be treated like i'm stupid and don't what's right and wrong?
