I had a bad experience with some food I purchased from Woolworths and felt that it didn't match the standard of quality I'm used to from their products. I submitted a compliant via their website and received an immediate response asking me to submit further details on the product (packaging, store of purchase and date). After a couple days they contacted me again to notfiy me of an investigation that will be done by the supplier to ensure this doesn't happen again.
Woolworths have gone out of their way to try to prevent the issue from occurring again and were incredibly apologetic.
