I do not have an account (harassment)

For the last 6 months, at least once a week I receive a call from an unknown number. I answer all unknown numbers as it may be an emergency. These calls are received at completely random times from 7am to 6pm Monday through to Saturday.

The calls are from a debt collector acting on behalf of Woolworths. I have never had any form of account with Woolworths and most definitely will never.

The worst part is the reason they constantly call me is that an account holder which is in arrears by the name of J Mzizi has incorrectly supplied them with my details.

On countless occasions supervisors and others have informed me that my number will be deleted from their system which never occurs.

This week alone I have received 3 calls, I have now passed this violation of my privacy onto my attorney.

Let's see if any resolution can be made by Woolworths prior to summons.
