On Tuesday evening after work I purchased Clover sliced Gouda cheese from the Pick 'n Pay in Kyalami. When making lunch on Wednesday morning, I noticed that the cheese had gone moldy. The expiry date is only mid July, so I sent an email to the PnP customer care department on Wednesday morning explaining what had happened. Great, about an hour later I get a response to say that someone will be in contact shortly to discuss the issue. It is now Friday morning and I have yet to hear from someone. Being in retail myself, I find this totally unacceptable.
